To make it simple, "Power Saver" is a device that can save your monthly electrical bill. The coming question would be "how it works"? The device can stabilize the incoming voltage and hence provide safety protection to your home electronic appliances. There is one important fact that you may not know: from the electricity provided , only about 78% of it is being used effectively while the remain 22% has been wasted to loads. So, the purpose of this invention is to increase the effectiveness of electricity usage as high as possible.
Of course, there is a theory behind the "Power Saver" and this is the point that convinced me, as an engineering student. The important key word that make the device works is "power factor" and this word means a lot to me. Anyways, I am not going to write out the theory because it is boring and it can be found by typing "power saver" on the search bar above or any other search engine.
There are many different type of power saver available in the market and you may not know which to decide. Tips of the day!
According to the website, the power saver can save your electricity up to 25%. If you can save your electricity, it means that you can save your money as well. For your information, it needs a lot of fuel to generate electricity (this is why the TNB increase the charges of usage). Therefore, the more electricity you save, the less fuel to use!
